At Copy Cat Digital, we want and appreciate your business. It is, therefore, in our best interest to offer you, our valued customer, the best prices and service in our local industry. We have been doing so since we began in 1988. To that end, what follows is an explanation of how our price matching guarantee works.
We promise to match or beat our competitor's prices whenever possible. However, this promise can only hold true when our competitor matches or beats us in terms of quality. Because we only use the highest quality media available for your transfers or duplication, our prices rarely reflect those of our competition. High quality media, such as Taiyo Yuden WaterShield or Delken Gold Archive DVD's and CD's cost us more to purchase, even when purchasing in large quantities. What does this mean for you? Copy Cat Digital uses only the highest quality discs available, while striving to maintain a competitive price. We also use the newest and highest quality ink jet printing available.
If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your completed job, and we are able to determine that the job is unsatisfactory due to an error or technical problem caused by us, we will, at our discretion, redo the job at no additional cost to you.
