Audio Cassettes
The Compact Cassette, often referred to as audio cassette, cassette tape, or simply cassette, is the most successful magnetic tape sound recording format. It consists of two miniature reels, between which an oxide-coated plastic tape, or magnetic tape, is passed and wound. These reels and attendant parts are held inside a protective plastic shell. Although originally intended as a medium for dictation, improvements in fidelity led it to supplant reel-to-reel tape recording in most applications. Between the 1970s and early 1990s, the cassette was one of the two most common formats for prerecorded music, alongside the LP and later the Compact Disc.
We can duplicate your audio cassettes in any quantity required. We use professional grade audio tapes to make your copies. We can transfer from two different formats - regular audio cassettes and micro cassettes. We can also Digitally Transfer your cassettes to CD, or encode them to any digital file type you require. We are able to label and package your finished copies to your specifications.
Contact us for more information. Please note that we are unable to copy from micro cassette to micro cassette. These tapes were designed to be used in a small recorder with a microphone only. So, if you need to duplicate these type of tapes, we will have to use regular sized cassettes or CD's as the final media.
